The 34th edition of the Monaco Yacht Show (MYS) delivered a standout performance, cementing its position as the world’s premier gathering for luxury superyachts.
Held from 24–27 September 2025 at Port Hercule in the Principality of Monaco, this year’s show boasted a record-breaking fleet and a dynamic agenda of innovation, design and market intelligence.
The show featured 120 superyachts on display, the largest fleet in the event’s history. Nearly half of these yachts, approximately 40 world premieres, were unveiled for the first time worldwide, representing a historic high for the event.
The fleet’s combined value exceeded previous benchmarks, underscoring strong confidence in the luxury-yacht market despite broader macroeconomic headwinds.
More than 29,950 visitors attended the 2025 show, comprised of high-net-worth individuals, charter brokers, shipyards, designers and luxury-lifestyle brands.
Aside from the yachts themselves, the event included 500 + exhibitors and numerous side-forums focused on sustainability strategies, charter market growth and design innovation.
The record number of premieres suggests that shipyards and owners are accelerating new-build programmes despite global supply-chain pressures.
Incorporation of next-gen tech, sustainable propulsion and ultra-custom interiors were dominant themes throughout the show. The scale of the fleet and attendee base signal robust global appetite for superyachts from both owners and charter clients.
Charter-and-management firms with global operational reach and full-service capabilities will be especially well placed. The show reaffirmed that the yachting sector continues to evolve beyond mere asset ownership into lifestyle, service and experience-based value.
Kamnaki Maria, Reservation Manager at DanEri Yachts, says:
“The 2025 Monaco Yacht Show has clearly raised the bar with a record fleet, major world premieres and deep industry engagement. At DanEri Yachts we see this not only as proof of luxury-yacht market vitality, but also as a call to arms for service and operational excellence. Owners and charter clients alike will demand more than size or brand, they will demand innovation, seamless logistics and experiential value.”
